Designer for video site

I am looking for an individual web designer to update my video sites current design. I am looking for someone who "has done" at least one video website design before and who has experience on "video site concept". I am not interested in a designer who has been doing mostly company websites or ecommerce websites. That is a different expertise and i respect that but that is not what i am looking for. I need only design, coding and implementation will be done by my coder. Good and freequent communication via e-mail and IM is a must. Payment on paypal or GAF escrow. 25% on agreement, 25% on first draft and rest when the job is done. I will need another video site design right after this one.
