We require a creative person with a proven track record in designing web sites. You must have familiarity of the entire design process a good understanding of flow, color, balance and proportion, spacing, know HTML like the back of your hand. You must understand the finer points of creating a copy, pay attention to detail, good problem solving ability and let me not forget creativity. Prefer individuals with the following skills: 1. HTML 2. CSS 3. Design Sense 4. JavaScript and Ajax 5. PHP, ASP, Java, Perl, or C++ 6. Mobile Support 8. SEO 9. Web Server Administration 10. Project Management Important: Lowest bidder with the right qualities gets the job! You will need to prove your ability. Total amount payable only after work is done. I am looking at a time duration of a month! My preference is someone either based in Hyderabad -India, or Colombo - Sri Lank
