Build a EMR system, administration of our patients supplies and invoicing with some HR

We are a HomeCare small business and we need a web app to keep track of our patients medical records (updated daily), keep track of the supplies and services received by our patients, have the ability to make reports by patient or group of patients. Also we need an inventory and HR module with separated reports and the ability to make time control of the services (like a geo point checkin once a professional arrive at the patients home).It could be perfect to have invoicing too, perhaps connected with our local tax service and in the next future have a accounting too. The system has to be in a easy to use design, like material design, and have a special field validation for the key field (module 11). It has to be made of relational database. We need different long in s, user role and permissions. All the menus, tabs, fields etc have to be in spanish.
