GDS Integration

Hello all, I have a client that needs GDS integration without having to pay the crazy per reservation fees used by some third party companies. So what they want is a direct connection into the GDS. If you can provide me with a route to connect to the GDS, ability to create this business and their necessary GDS codes. While providing them with a front end solution and a back end for me. If you can do this please provide some info and background as to your experience with this area. Also this can lead to a long term relationship as more projects will be upcoming from this in regards to PMS and extranet integration. I am not sure what the realistic cost for this project would be, please feel free to bid accordingly and disregard the budget as once I have faith in the desired programmer it will be offered to the client for approval.
