A simple engineering software with Visual Basic Express 2010

Hello, I am working on a simple software that will do some number crunching. To start, I would like the following items completed. Good graphics to view and print are very important in this software. (Item 5) Clean and revise existing code as necessary. **Please comment all code**. 1- Center main from when opening application 2- Center options form on main form when opening 3- Center about form on main form when opening 4- Be able to save contents of the text boxes on the main form and the option form to a text file with an extension of .txt. The text file is to have a format that will be easy to read when opened with notepad. [Textbox1] 10 [Textbox2] 48 [Combobox1] 8 5- Need to show dimensions, dimension lines, etc. on the graphics similar to the attached gif files. I am currently using polygons, is this the correct way of doing it? Is there any add on that will make the graphical coding simpler. 6- Make changes done to the textboxes to update the graphics immediately (onchange or mouse up event?) 7- Need to put a max or min statement on textbox1. Min (4), max (12) Status Strip to show the current file open.
