Develop a custom second factor authentication with fingerprint for Windows 10. This should be done prior or as a part of the windows login process. The system must capture the fingerprint of the user and send it to a central server with their respective username. The server will return a response indicating that the fingerprint is valid or not and acording to this, the system should let the user continue to windows or not. The fingerprint reader is an external device, connected via USB, from Aratek
