Custom T-shirt JQuerry Plugin

We have a fully constructed jQuery plugin that we would like to install on WordPress. This requires the addition of only one more file to act as the main php file for this plugin. For this project, we would like you to write the code for the main php file so this plugin can be installed successfully as a WordPress plugin. A successful installation of the plugin means that: 1) The settings for the plugin must show on the WordPress backend/within the settings of the admin section. 2) The plugin must be fully functional on the front end. 3) A shortcode must be made for the plugin so that the plugin can be presented on the front end of any desired page. 4) The plugin must be compatible with WordPress 3.0 and higher. Upon being awarded this project, we will give you the complete jQuery plugin as well as more details about the functionality of the plugin, so you can begin your work constructing the main php file.
