Multisite Wordpress Account Registration & Checkout Processing/Redirecting Issue

Hello Experts, I am currently in need of a WordPress expert to help fix several issues on my website. The website is a multisite with several sub-sites. The main issues I am facing are as follows: Slow registration page on [login to view URL] Slow checkout processing times on woocommerce Overlapping caching settings causing errors on the site I have deactivated the LiteSpeed cache plugin, but the issues still persist. I am looking for someone who can help fix these issues and improve the overall speed and performance of the website. Additionally, I am looking for someone to help create a centralized user account registration that can be used for all the sub-sites.I also am pretty sure we have overlapping plugins on the cache and that will need to be correct as well. Having a looping/redirecting issue that I think is causing the lag in user account registrations on all sites on the wordpress and a similar issue with the woocommerce checkout process. The rest of the time, the site seems to run okay (although it could be improved). If you have experience in resolving these types of issues and can help improve the overall performance of my website, please let me know.
