Prefill woocommerce order page with details from previous order based on phone number or order number

Budget: Arround 150,- € We need a wordpress developer. Brief background: We are an inbound call center and need easier access to already placed orders in a wordpress / woocommerce system for our order taking hotline (its employees). We have built a very simple woocommerce system and take orders over the phone. However, we only take the address as well as phone number of the customers, no email address, because these people (often elderly) do not have an email address. Due to this fact, Woocommerce often added the orders to an existing user. We have about 1,000 orders in our system, from many we also have multiple orders over time because these people have become regular customers. Currently, our staff has to re-enter the data every time, even if the customer has already ordered and the data is actually in the system. What we need: The easiest thing would probably be to change our shopping cart in the front end to the extent that as soon as we enter the phone number (or an existing, old order number), the customer's data is already displayed and pre-filled. Then the employee doesn't have to ask for it, the process is faster and there are less errors in the address data entry. That means, as soon as a phone number is entered into the phone number field, this modification has to check all orders and see where the number fits to. If there are several orders to which this number matches, then it should simply use the last order (i.e. the newest one) and take the name and address data from this previous order.
