Wordpress Day Trading Site

Looking to create a professional and modern looking website using Divi or another wordpress template. The designer/developer must be able to use Divi/wordpress features, buttons, etc as well as 3rd party icons and features in order to make the site look polished, complete, and unique. Everything must be mobile friendly. Branding should blend well with the overall feel of the site. Designer responsible for giving a few layout ideas and suggesting third party videos and pictures to add to site. The company is a day trading firm which is related to the financial/investment industry. The site should have 4 main content pages: Homepage/Trading page/Education/Algo Trading page. The site should have 5 minor pages which are the pages like terms and conditions, disclaimers which won't require a lot of work. Social media & Google maps integration. Would like advice on if divi/wordpress has a chat bot or something similar and contact form. I will have a live agent during business hours so I need a chatbot where people have the choice in sending an email or waiting for a live agent. Need recaptcha v2 integration. Designer responsible for adjusting font sizes and choosing appropriate font style. SEO and fast site load times are required. Need a google analytics account to run future ads. We are looking to hire someone who can objectively create a great looking site without a lot of input. We want someone who can suggest how to make the site look better by using designs and icons and other features, pictures or video, outside of divi/wordpress. If the designer/developer fails to meet our standards or timeline we have the right to end the contract without pay and scrap the site and use a different person or entity for this project.
