Corporate Website Redesign

We are requesting bids for a complete redesign of our corporate website. A preliminary redesign has already been prototyped in Photoshop, but you are allowed to go beyond the prototype in terms of additional features and design. We have a concise idea of how the navigation will be. All the sections are decided as well as the content written. You can re-use all content of our current corporate web site (including the stock photography). However, we will provide separate funds for additional stock photography ([login to view URL]). You have to be able to support and or expand features of the website in the future, as we prefer to use the same coder. We are very friendly and easy to work with. I guarantee you will be pleased to do business with us. Here is a list of requirements: 1. Table-less design (completely CSS based). No need for mobile browser compatibility. 2. Valid Code - HTML code needs to be fully validated. 3. Strong understanding of PHP language (no need for programming, only script understanding skills). Most of the design elements are accessible from template files. 4. Customized buttons and icons 5. The web pages will be static (no programming), but there are some "Request information" forms where information needs to be entered and validated. However, the existing form pages can be easily reworked. 6. Access to all sources files at the moment of final payment. This includes Photoshop source files, code source files, and all other data created or used in this project. All data must be provided in a clear and structured format easily readable and easily manageable. You should be an experienced web developer with an excellent sense of good design, and strong knowledge of Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and code validation. Please bid only if you completed websites designed fully with CSS and validated code. You will need to include links to existing work. Thank you! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web site consisting of HTML, CSS, images, and any other javascript/dhtml code as necessary. Should work in all major browsers (Firefox 1.5-2.x, IE 5-7, Safari, Opera, etc). No need for mobile browser compatibility.
