The Trac server you setup for me was running on an AWS instance that was terminated. When I created another instance using the most recent snapshot of the server, there seems to be a conflict on startup between apache2 and nginx - also present, but not needed. As a result, Trac doesn't work. If I stop nginx and restart Apache2, Trac still doesn't work but gives me an SSL-related error: SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
