Build additional functionality to an ASP.NET MVC project with EF

I myself am a professional asp.net mvc developer and I am looking to temporarily increase my output for a project. Therefore I need an extra pair of hands to help me.
I am specifically looking for someone to help me with the following skillset: c#, Asp.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JQuery, Github. If executed well, I have another project coming up with a bigger budget and lot's more functionality to be added.
I am happy to pay a fixed price and the budget for this task is between €300 and €500. I care a lot about code quality.
The task itself is described as follows:
We have build a survey tool which consists of the following logical tree:
- Survey contains pages
- A page can contain categories and/or surveyitems
- A category can contain subcategories and/or surveyitems
- A surveyitem can consist of questions or widgets
- A widget is something that doesn't require visual interaction from a survey participant yet is visual on the survey (e.g. label, image, ...).
- A question is visual on the survey for a survey participant and can be interacted with (i.e. regular textbox, checkboxes, radiobuttons, ...).
We also have build a visualisation tool using google maps to display survey submissions. The feature that I need to have build is in the creation wizard of this visualisation tool.
Part 1:
We need to have an additional tab on the wizard. Here we want to show a list of all the options that are available in the survey for the question type multiselect radio button. When a user has selected the question they also need to select one icon from a list of available icons.
Part2:
In the google map we display a marker for each survey submission. If the user during his survey submission had selected the question option that we've selected to use a different marker, that special marker will be shown in the google map instead of the default one.
