These are your requirement :- 1) This is its zero version, which is divided into three development stages. (Noted) 2) We will currently be developing its first stage, consisting of three blank screens, a main menu and a profile screen. See attached screenshot, highlighted in green. - OK ( screenshot is of no help, wasn't clear) 3) The app will be multi-language (two languages so far). - OK 4) The app will have widgets and notifications in the phone bar. - OK I have already completed several projects like this.
