I am looking for a PA/secretarial assistant to work in my home-based office in Swiss Cottage, London NW3. The job will require someone very familiar with spreadsheets, data entry, and varied office tasks. May include some telephone calls. Key Responsibilities: - Organising and maintaining files and documents - Performing online research as per ad hoc enquiries - Creating and managing spreadsheets including data entry - Possess a working knowledge of social media - Knowledgeable in use of phone technology - Posting adverts to sell items online The tasks are varied and require someone to work on site - not virtually. This is a great role for someone with prior PA/secretarial experience and strong organisational skills, who enjoys sorting out paperwork and de-cluttering. Flexible hours to suit both our schedules, willing and professional attitude essential.
