Delphi 2010/Firebird - sync with MySQL tables

I need a Delphi 2010 compatible source code which does the following: Connect to my Joomla 2.5 website MySQL tables and download/upload data from a certain table. I want to be able to download this data into a table in the local Firebird database, and also be able to upload the data from the Firebird database into the website. The program should have a button “Download” (for downloading the data from the website and overwriting the local data) and a button “Upload” (for uploading and overwriting the data which is online). You can use UniDAC for this project, but not a must. Will generally prefer Russian speaking freelancers. Thanks.
