Creative vintage-inspired eCommerce site needed

We're looking to launch an eCommerce site. We're open to options & opinions regarding adapted templates, software, hosting, etc., but we're very low volume and need to limit our monthly expenses for now. A low cost/entry solution is hugely preferred.
