Hi, how are you. I have worked on Single phase, 3 Phase induction and BLDC (Celling, Drone) motors design and their "Drives". I can design the motor as you have described and both stator will work independently. As you have told the inner stator will be of 50W and outer 2 times of inner so approximate total wattage of this motor will be 160 or 180 watt. RPM will be the main concern for this motor design. If the RPM will be greater than 500 then you will need to use a Electronic drive to control the RPM of this motor or we need to change the winding of outer stator as well. Let us discuss........ Dear Client, I understand you need to develop a double-stator PMSM motor that has two stators having two different ratings with the same rator. The inner stator is 50w and the outer stator is 100w(not exactly 100w but more than 2 times of inner stator). I would like to assure you that my team can deliver the project to your expectation.
