i have experience of PCB designing and also there are many software for it where you can make your own libraries if you wanted.

I have over 40 years of experience in electronic design, embedded programming and PCB layout. I have over 5 years of experience in board design using KiCAD. It is now my principal layout tool. I create all my own component libraries from scratch. You will need to specify whether the layout is to be done in KiCAD version 4.7 or 5.0 since the library structures have changed. I prefer version 4.7 since I already have a large library created but can work with either. My quote will not be the cheapest, but it will get done right the first time. I normally require NDAs for all projects to be executed prior to discussing any work. I am happy to review your NDA and offer my own, which is bi-directional and has been thoroughly vetted. All electronic design work is performed in Texas by Texans. I hire no outside labor or foreign nationals to work on any electronic or board design. I do have one programmer in a Commonwealth country I will occasionally use for embedded software. We will need to go over form factors, connector location, I/O placement and location of the boards in relation to one another if they are a part of the same assembly prior to starting work. I do not normally do 3D components but can if this is a requirement and consider it a learning curve exercise. I also have over 15 years of experience in Protel and can assist in your migration to KiCAD as I have done for a number my own designs. I can also composite the boards for fabrication. I regularly do this.
