Prototype for a Universal Car Immobilizer

Hi we are a start up Company. We want to develop a Universal Car Immobilizer that can be used in place of the original car remote in case you lose one of the original car remote. Our aim is to have this universal remote rather than people buy specific remotes for makes and models. So how it works is you bring the original remote and our remote together to the locksmith, put the original remote in their decoder machine and once the code is in, put our remote in the machine to encode the codes into our product. Once done, our product would work the same way as the original remote and communicate with the car. We need help with the PCB development and the type of IC Chip to use. Thank you.
