Flash Animation for Website -- 20100211

I would like to have an animation created for the home page of a Joomla website. The theme or slogan of the animation would be: "We create your masterpiece starting with a blank canvas" or "Your masterpiece begins with a blank canvas" The animation would start with a background which should be black or a dark charcoal gray. A large white square or rectangle should display or appear on the center of the background and should look like a blank painter's canvas. On each side of the blank canvas there would be a column displaying our clients' logos. By this, I mean that the logos will be vertically stacked and not necessarily that there is an image of an actual column. This column of logos should probably be of the same height as the canvas. When the mouse pointer is moved over any of the client logos, an image of the home page of their website should display on the blank canvas. One should then be able to click on the image on the canvas, or a "Go to the site" link underneath, to view the website, which will open and display on a separate page after clicking the image on the canvas. The user would then have the ability to navigate the website shown on the separate page, if so desired. The original site's canvas page will remain open, of course. Somehow at the end (or the beginning -- you are the creative artist) we would like to have our company logo (we do not have a logo yet, so you may create a mock logo) fly in or appear at the center of the canvas with the "We create your masterpiece ..." slogan below it. I would like be able to create this animation using Flash technology (unless you can make a case for some other product). Ideally, and if possible, you should create the application to be flexible enough so that we can specify and modify the client logos to be displayed at either side of the canvas and specify their image files and the URLs that will be associated and opened by each logo--perhaps by using directories or, preferably, an XML document. In the event that many more logos are available than fit within the column height, the ability to scroll up or down should be provided automatically. We would also like to be able to specify the file containing our company logo to be displayed on the canvas. Most of all, we would like your animation to convey a sense of sophistication, of something not seen before, and of being on the vanguard of what is possible with animation. The above is the general description of what we are aiming for but you are strongly encouraged to use your artistic license and creativity and bend the rules if necessary.
