Ability to think critically and adapt in different processes and customer situations Fluent English Speaking and writing skills Familiar with Asana and Slack for Consistent Communication Quick Turnaround and excellent follow through skills. Responsibilities: Communicate between customers and team members to effectively continue project communication and workflow. Needs to moderate team member communication via Slack and coordinate customer meetings. Ensuring project milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner. Helping formulate an effective, engaging customer strategy. Send Invoices and payment reminders to different customers. Create proposals via our collaborative proposal software and send reminders. Take the clients through the onboarding process and oversee the project areas.
