Requirements: - Expert in Ionic framework Front-end design (HTML, Javascript, CSS, SCCS, animation), Android apps and web apps. - Expert in Icon design Icons, App icons, animations, promotion graphics and other types of media. Or recommend pre-made icons. - Ability to manage multiple projects & multiple tasks such as code pre-design app screens, writing code, design basic graphics & recommend CREATIVE Design solutions. - ***Must be available through any of these chat systems Skype, Google Chat or other forms of chat communication other then email. - ***Must be able to get on a Phone call to talk (I understand phone communication could be difficult, but we need someone who can get on a quick call to talk about the issues. ***Very Important - We are not looking for an agency.
