Link Building

I am looking for someone to build one way quality links to my site. I am starting out small with only 25 incoming links needed. I want to see how it goes before paying for more. Qualifications for successful incoming links are: - No links from pr=0 sites - Sites must have been crawled by Googlebot in last 20 days - Page linked from must have relevant content to my site - No link exchanges. One-way, permanent links only. - For payment to be released from escrow, you need to provide a report on the links. I will be checking them. Rules: - Hand submission only, no link building or automatic link building software of any kind. - No mirror pages - Permanent one way links only - No black hat tricks - All links must be verifiable - No redirect links - No directories, link farms, spam sites, web rings, gambling or adult sites. My site is an education site and all links coming to it must be appropriate and relevant. - Link must be search engine indexable in other words, no links with "nofollow" attribute in link tag. - No links to pages blocked by robots.txt. I reserve the right to determine if links have been properly obtained. Please provide a report upon completion with the following: 1. Clickable link of URL the link is placed on 2. Page rank of page the link is on 3. Date link submitted 4. Date link accepted.
