Unity 3D Multi Touch Screen Windows app to be fixed - start now quick urgent job to finish today

Hi We have created app to run on touch screen bar counter. See video of how it is looking now - [login to view URL] I need help to fix the app. There are bugs that must be fixed and the app must be finished. 1. Ensure all 5 coaster designs are loaded in app correctly. 2. On touch coaster design must pop up and stay there with touch until removed. 3. On second touch and up to 20 touches other designed coasters must pop up and stay there with touch. When touch glass removed then that touch must be removed. 4. we have a bug where touches or glasses on bar counter come close and many pop up in the place. That must be fixed where coaster must not appear next to a coaster that is already active. We also have a bug where touches are changing other coasters already active which must not happen. 5. must be able to drag coasters around 6. Bug pop up of animating white box that you can see in testing. Need to remove. 7. Background to be black. Coasters all same size. 8. we want to do a small animation of the coaster growing and a trail drag effect but I can get someone else to do this if you can't. Must be done now in few hours can you do it. Do you have a mutli touch screen windows system to test on.. Budget around $150 .. max +/-$200 up to $250 if you do entire job quickly.
