Mail and portal website: PHP/MySQL ( secured)

Need initial site and future expansion. To meet future need an ERD has been made but is open for debate with the coder. Application description: Within the site, two usertypes will be able to register and login. **_Usertype A:_** -Individual. Must and can create profile. May ckeckbox categories of interest in profile. --Able to send emails to usertype B via browser, delivered via sendmail (no forum). In browser must checkbox what contact details to include in message, and to what category mail must be sent. History of sent items available for user. **_Usertype B:_** -Company. Must request profile, granted access upon approval. Must checkbox categories of interest. Able to add multiple email addresses. --Able to create newsletter for usertype A via browser. In browser must checkbox category's. History of sent messages available for each company. Last 10 mails sent out by all companies published on non-secured page. **_Other requirements:_** -User A cannot sendmail to A, B not to B. -Statistics about use available on use (per category/month/#users). -Category's modifyable/extendable -no double mails to users -Mails include modifyable standard text. -TELL A FRIEND button for webpromotion Basic pagelayout will be supplied. Daniel ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. c) security features will be audited by seller. If any deficiencies will be found within 2 weeks after working installation, these will need to be resolved by the coder. d) instructions for backup and restore 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Working with 5.0+ IE, Opera and Safari, NS6+. Must be installed and hosted on our provider's domain who has mysql/php/perl6 support.
