AXS/Ticketmaster Ticket Buyer -- 2

Hi, I am looking for a number of things: I need a high end programmer than can give me a programme that can find new releases of tickets going on sale for the UK ticket sites AXS and [login to view URL] must be able to search the websites and alert me when it has found tickets (displaying block,row,seat numbers). The programme will also need to bypass the AXS waiting room and the OCR Captcha on Ticketmaster. The programme will need to run on several browsers at the same time and go through and complete the whole sales process for the tickets chosen. The ability to pre-program the software for certain tickets in certain areas of the arena is also required along with the facility to have a purchase history section. I will pay a premium and a montly rental for this software which needs to include support for de-bugging and resolving issues. I would need to see a live demo of this software to move things along.
