Create a Wordpress Template, (Only the functionality, not the Design)

Hello Freelancers! This is a very personal project, and as a wordpress newbie I just realized I am definitely going to need some help. I want to build a marketplace site kinda like Etsy, but with the difference that the products are not sold directly on this site, kinda like Polyvore or Shopstyle, and have a very specific market niche (Cruelty free, Sweatshop Free, Fair Trade, etc). Main features: - It will have two main searchable contents: Products and Brands/Businesses. - User Roles: Visitor, Community Member, Seller. - After previous application, a user can become a seller, add new brands, and post products in a pinterest-like method where they select the external photo to import as the featured image of their post and add some fields with the description, price, etc, and link to the external store. - Sellers will have the option to pay to promote a brand. You can place higher biddings, I'm only setting a low budget because this will be a wordpress website where you can use plugins for easier developing, and I don't want you to worry about the design because that will be my job, however you will have to work with a specific basic template that uses live composer plugin for easier css styling and layout customizations once the functionality is ready. I will also be needing support for changes or problems in the future. More details after you place a bid. Hope some of you are interested. :)
