developing for accessibility for blind and disble

Hello, I am looking to work with professional on disable, that have some experience to work in the past with voice program that understand the way code need to be, like: tabindex, ARIA, using keyboard and not mouse when navigate in my site. I have few site ithat I need to make that job on it, but I want to start with open cart site: [login to view URL] I start to make the job on this site, but still I have some issue, that I describe in the attach pdf. more than I describe in pdf there is to more option I want to add: 1. checking template file and fix code, where we have un need div, span, or in place that code is not close correctly... I need it to be fixed, for sure I know that in [login to view URL] there is fixing to do. 2. in the menu web accessibility on the right corner there is option that cal "negative" it change the background color to black and text to yellow, I want it to be white and the photo I want it to be greyscale. I am interesting to know cost and time it's very urgent so I will give benefit to whom his can deliver the job perfectly in short time. Thanks
