I need someone that can do ANY repair or create new features for my page (front end and backend).
I dont know what features/tasks i will need, as tomorrow i can have new idea, and i want implemented.
I need a developer or team to be on MONTHLY basis. Work 6 days a week and 8 hours a day.

Skills required in order of Importance:
1: LISTENING. I cant tell 6 times the same thing, i want to tell once :)
2: SPEED. If something takes 5 hours, dont take 3 days, take 5 hours
3: ORGANIZATION: You cant loose tasks or informations because of disorganization.
4: COMMITMENT & Professionalism: Dont forget to do things and dont ignore messages, audios, etc
5: ETHICS: Being honest and correct will pay more than the opposite.
6: COMMUNICATION: English skills and clear way to express what you want to say is very important. If we misunderstand each other, mistakes will happen and that can produce big problems.
7: ATTENTION: You cant ask me things that are already there. Just read or hear with attention.
THE LEAST important skill is:
8: PHP LARAVEL.
