Need Hr management system like this application with some additional customization with timesheet Reference: [login to view URL] Dashboard: • Passport & Visa both should show 30 days before from expiry date • Absent employee details. Add Employee • Extra field with expiry date : Insurance Card, Driving Licence, Residency Card • Employee Attendance, overtime report monthly and select custom date and can export pdf, excel, csv etc • Employee Leave report, pending leave yearly leave and can export pdf, excel, csv etc and can export pdf, excel, csv etc • Employee expanse and addition/Deduction by select custom leave and can export pdf, excel, csv etc • We need to download uploaded photo, passport copy and certificate copies for each employee. Leave Type: • Paid Leaves, Emergency Leaves, Haj Leave, Leave without Pay, Medical Leave. Extra options for Late come & early Leave, which should approve by admin or HR Extra Option need Timesheet & report: We ll download report (excel format) from out biometric and upload in to the application and need to generate report by date, date range, monthly, by employee and all employee, total working days, over time, absent Daily present employee details and absent employee details and popup messages for continually 3 days absent employee details. Total working hours in each employee and each department employees. Data entry department, this department should not access Additions/Deduction, Payslip, Expanse. There portal this option should not visible. Data entry user can apply Leaves, Late come & early Leave for all employee. Department HOD should view only his/her department employee, and can apply leaves, claims only those department employee. Payslip: • After generate all Payslips, should download all payslip and csv file for bank • We have some special format(csv format) for salary to send bank, need to download from payslip area
