I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows, vb.net with SQL database. The program should be viewable in English and Arabic, and data entry should be possible in English or Arabic. I want the program to gave 3 access levels: low - data entry, medium - access granted by manager, and high - access only granted to managers and principals. High level access should allow managers and principals to log in to the program from anywhere at anytime on line. Program should include: Client database Employee and driver database Daily operations log: - Order received from client X - description from point A to point B. - total points charged to client - assigned driver - departure time, delivery time, total collected $ by driver. Total money collected by each driver at the end of the day. Daily deductions from drivers for accidents, insurance, etc. Daily deductions from total daily income to cover company expenses and bills. Daily summary Monthly summary Daily loss/ profit. Monthly loss/profit Low months, high months, graphics, charts, etc.

Respected Sir, A Desktop App is to be developed with Arabic and English languages support. The application will have 3 access levels low, medium and high.
