you need to do the following user can sign in . after signin there are two options: 1. see a data entry form 2. see the list of entered data in first option, you need to create a form(all fields will be given by me) and logged in user will fill it up the data entry... all records gets saved in order in database (with my prefix of special fields to be auto selected) as and when data is entered, a series of email from backside will go to the person whose data is been entered. 2. all entered data shows on a list. this list to be downloadable in an excel sheet. Multiple data entry person to login but they can only see their data entered Admin can see everything and can mark any entry as bad or good. Few fields will be auto set and we can discuss entire project in detail over discussion regards, solutions4biz - thats my skpe id
