Hi, I worked in medical images (MRI, CT, echo-cardiography) and performed segmentation in 2D with various clustering algorithms such as KNN , C-means. also worked with 3D dicom images and with neural, fuzzy, cellular automata. I am comfortable with NN Frameworks like TensorFlow and also in MATLAB. However, I would like to know about your specific project first before I can let you know a proposal.
