Write Technical Proposals for 3 RFPs in the field of Operation & Maintenance (O&M); Facility & Compound Management projects (for a bidding process)

We are a contractor for Government and International Agencies. We perform services in the field of Operation & Maintenance (O&M), facility management and other general life support services under Fixed-Price & Term contracts. We need to hire an expert to write professional Technical Proposals and prepare bidding documents; that are going to be submitted to an International entity for a bidding process. The Expert should have the knowledge and previous experience in the field of writing technical proposals for government or international entities' RFPs and Solicitations. The expert should be willing to share with us sample of its similar work done previously. *** WE NEED TO HIRE EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE THE PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE AND THE CAPACITY FOR THIS JOB. FREELANCERS WHO DO NOT HAVE SIMILAR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE OF THE JOB; PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER; AS WE ARE GOING TO EVALUATE/INTERVIEW THE CANDIDATE BEFORE HIRING. Freelancer is required to write Technical Proposals & prepare the complete proposal package for submission; for the following 3 RFPs before the mentioned deadlines for each: 1) RFP# XXXX - Provision of Consolidated Facility and Compound Management Services - Liquid, General and Segregated Waste Collection & Disposal; Cleaning, Housekeeping, Laundry, Gardening and Ground Maintenance Services. DEADLINE: 30 May 2019 2) RFP# XXXXX - OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (O&M) OF ENGINEERING SERVICES AND MINOR CONSTRUCTIONAL RENOVATION WORKS DEADLINE: 5 June 2019 3) RFP# XXXX - Provision of Operation & Maintenance Services for Diesel Generators DEADLINE: 20 June 2019 Each RFP requires the following subjects to be addressed in the Technical Proposal; Written by the freelancer. i. Contractor Personnel ii. Past Experience/ Capacity and Capability iii. Health and Safety at Work iv. Contractual Mobilization v. Service Implementation Methodology and Quality Assurance vi. Quality Control. vii. Environmental and Waste Management plan (EWM) Technical Evaluation Criteria (attached) are a crucial part of this project. Technical Proposals must address/cover all points requested by the Technical Evaluation Criteria which is attached. Company details/documents required for the Technical Proposal shall be provided to the freelancer. Other RFP documents will be shared with the freelancer after the candidate is chosen to be hired. Payments will be released to the freelancer as per following milestones: 1) for RFP# XXXX - Provision of Consolidated Facility and Compound Management Services: Milestone 1: 200$ when the first draft is sent for our review (1st draft should be sent for review before 17May2019) Milestone 2: 500$ after comments corrected and the complete package submitted (complete bid package should be prepared and submitted before 25May2019) 2) RFP# XXXXX - OPERATION & MAINTENANCE (O&M) OF ENGINEERING SERVICES AND MINOR CONSTRUCTIONAL RENOVATION WORKS Milestone 1: 200$ when the first draft is sent for our review (1st draft should be sent for review before 31May2019) Milestone 2: 500$ after comments corrected and the complete package submitted (complete bid package should be prepared and submitted before 05June2019) 3) RFP# XXXX - Provision of Operation & Maintenance Services for Diesel Generators Milestone 1: 200$ when the first draft is sent for our review (1st draft should be sent for review before 15June2019) Milestone 2: 500$ after comments corrected and the complete package submitted (complete bid package should be prepared and submitted before 20June2019) Remainder of the payment shall be released after all assignments are completed as per the dates mentioned.
