This project is not just a data transfer from pdf to word or copy paste. I transferred data from a pdf file to word file but I am unable to make that checkbox clickable on word file. Only if you know how to make checkboxes clickable in word file.

I have 20 pdf files, each one around 2 to 5 pages, which i want to convert into word file with similar formatting. Including checkboxes, Make sure size and shape of boxes is similar in word file. I'm looking for an attendance app to be created. You should be able to select a team from a list of teams, and then choose a date to input. All people should be listed for the date, and options of present, absent, late, excused, and a notes section per person. I would prefer these be checkboxes so they are easy to select on mobile as this will be used primarily on mobile. The data should be saved so that reports can be created. I would like to have basic summary reports per team, date, and person. Something similar to this: I have no preference how this is built, so long as it can be easily accessed and used on mobile devices.

I have a WordPress booking theme that in the booking form, there are checkboxes for guests to select optional extras, and currently, the native functionality caches their selection of dates and number of guests, but it doesn't cache the values of the checkboxes. So because I have a gravity form integrated with the page which reloads the page when the gravity form is finished, I need for the checkboxes to cache and retain their values as well. Problem is, the native functionality of the theme seems to intentionally reset the values of the checkboxes once the page is loaded. On web page using just html & javascript, (do not use Jquery) remove/show various divs on a page when user changes a checkbox. The page is generated dynamically based on products in stock. Initially, all the checkboxs are checked and the user can uncheck them to hide something not matching what they need. The user can put a check back in to re-show the items. When I originally created this form, I used GF Image Choices plugin to replace the checkboxes with images.
