When it will be possible for you to share the details about this project? As I checked the attached screen, it is a contact centre . So I guess, this will be quite similar with help desk portal. Need your confirmation about this. There will be 2 different module enabled. One is Dashboard and Another is Contact Centre. Please confirm me. User will submit tickets and it will be saved into help center. It will categorise as Subject, Date, Category, Action and flag as well. So I am curious to know, whether the user need to specify the type of Problem or issue, Subject etc. or user will just submit the issue and it will automatically listed as per category? By the way, will the issue solver have the provision to close the tickets or he just change the status; and after that, senior members will check and finally close the tickets? But regrading this point, it will be very much prominent if only ticket raiser will have the opportunity to close the tickets. otherwise, the solver will make a solution as per their own satisfaction or as per their skills and it may re open the tickets. Please share your comments on it. There are various other queries which needs to discuss with you before I start working.
