Mình đang cần viết chương trình trên linux nhận tin nhắn từ các kênh Telegram với độ trễ thấp nhất có thể. Hiện tại mình đang có chương trình chạy bằng python dùng thư viện Pyrogram nhưng một số cái vẫn có độ trễ nhất định khi nhận bản tin từ Nhóm lớn, đông người.
